At MEKMET, our service providers are a crucial part of our team, and we value their time and commitment to delivering exceptional services. Our cancellation policy aims to create a balanced approach that respects the needs of both service providers and the company. 


Cancellation Notice: 


Service providers are expected to adhere to their committed appointments. In case they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, it is imperative to provide notice well in advance to minimize disruption to our customers' schedules. 


Advance Notice: 
Service providers should ideally provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us enough time to inform the customer and potentially find a replacement provider if necessary. 


Repeated Cancellations: 
Consistent or frequent cancellations by a service provider can impact our customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. MEKMET may review the partnership with a service provider if a pattern of cancellations emerges. 


Communication: 
Effective communication is key. Service providers should promptly inform the company through the designated channels if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This enables us to manage customer expectations and schedules effectively. 


Rescheduling: 
If a service provider needs to reschedule an appointment, they should ensure that the customer's convenience is taken into account. If possible, they should offer alternative time slots that suit the customer. 


Emergencies and Unforeseen Circumstances: 
MEKMET understands that emergencies can arise. If a cancellation is due to genuine unforeseen circumstances, service providers should communicate this to the company as soon as possible. This can help mitigate any negative impact on our operations. 


Customer Impact: 
Service providers should be aware that their cancellations can inconvenience customers and reflect negatively on both their personal reputation and the reputation of MEKMET. 


Professionalism: 
Service providers are encouraged to maintain a high level of professionalism when handling cancellations. Providing clear reasons and solutions, when possible, can help minimize any dissatisfaction on the customer's part.

All service providers should be made aware of the cancellation policy upon joining MEKMET and should acknowledge their understanding and agreement to adhere to it. By establishing this cancellation policy for service providers, MEKMET aims to maintain professionalism, quality of service, and customer satisfaction while recognizing the occasional need for flexibility due to unforeseen circumstances.

Refund Policy

At MEKMET Primp and Care Private Limited ("MEKMET"), we strive to provide excellent services to both our valued customers and service providers. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds in case of any unforeseen circumstances that may necessitate refunding request. Please read 
this policy carefully to understand our approach to handling refund requests. 


Refund Policy for Service Providers: 
1. If a service provider cannot provide the service for any reason, they will be responsible for informing MEKMET and the customer as soon as possible. 
2. If the customer cancels the service 1 hour before the service provider arrives at their location, the service provider will not be paid for the service. 
3. If the customer cancels the service after the service provider has arrived at their location, the service provider will receive 50% of the service fee. 
4. In case of any dispute related to the refund policy, MEKMET's decision will be final and binding. 


MEKMET's Refund Policy aims to provide a fair and transparent approach to handling refund requests from service providers in the event of unforeseen circumstances or customer cancellations. We are dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive service experience for both our 
customers and service providers. If you encounter any situation that requires a refund, we encourage you to promptly contact our support team, and we will be glad to assist you in accordance with this policy.
