Terms and Conditions

Welcome to MEKMET Primp and Care Private Limited ("MEKMET"). By using our Android application ("App") as a service provider, you agreed to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding: 


Account Registration: 


a. Authorized/certified/experienced service provider: To become a service provider on MEKMET Primp and Care, it is essential that you are a legally authorized individual or a representative of a registered business offering the specific services covered by our platform. This requirement ensures that all service providers on MEKMET are qualified/experienced and permitted to provide professional services, thereby maintaining the highest standards of expertise and professionalism for our 
customers. 


You must possess the necessary qualifications/experiences and/or certifications relevant to the services you wish to offer through MEKMET. For instance, if you intend to offer hairstyling services, you must have the appropriate hairstyling qualifications/experience and any required licenses (if needed) to operate in your 
location. 


b. Accuracy of Information: During the account registration process, you have the responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date information about yourself or the business you represent. This includes personal details, contact information, qualifications, certifications, and any other relevant information pertaining to your profession and service offerings. 


By providing accurate information, you enable MEKMET to verify your eligibility as a service provider and ensure that you meet the required qualifications to deliver high-quality services to our customers. It also allows us to communicate effectively with you and keep you informed about platform updates, service requests, and other important information related to your association with MEKMET. 


c. Minimum Age Requirement: To register as a service provider on MEKMET, you must be at least 18 years old on or before the registration date. By accepting these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the eligibility criteria for account registration on MEKMET and agree to comply with them throughout your association with our platform. 


Service Categories: 


a. As a service provider, you can offer services in categories such as Beauty Parlor, Salon, Physiotherapy, Tailoring, Tattooing, and others available on the platform. 


b. You must have the necessary qualifications, certifications, experiences or/and licenses to provide the services you offer.

Background Check and Verification: 


At MEKMET, we take the safety and security of our customers seriously. To ensure that our platform is populated with trustworthy and qualified service providers, we conduct a comprehensive background check and verification process before onboarding any new service provider. This process involves validating various aspects of your professional background and identity. 


a. Thorough Verification Process: The background check and verification process carried out by MEKMET is meticulous and thorough. It includes the verification of essential details, such as your qualifications, certifications, work experience, and identity. Our team will carefully review the documents and information provided by you during the registration process to ensure their authenticity. 


b. Validation of Qualifications and Certifications: As a service provider, it is crucial to possess the necessary qualifications/experience and/or certifications to offer specific services through our platform. During the verification process, we will validate your educational qualifications and any professional certifications related to the services you intend to provide. This step ensures that you have the required expertise and skills to deliver high-quality services to our customers. 


c. Work Experience Confirmation: Your work experience is an essential aspect of your credibility as a service provider. We will verify the accuracy of the work experience details you provide to ensure that you have the relevant experience in your field of expertise. This validation helps us in understanding your level of expertise and determining the category you will be assigned to, based on your experience. 


d. Identity Verification: To ensure the authenticity of your identity, MEKMET will verify the personal information you provide during the registration process. This includes confirming your legal name, date of birth, and any other identification documents required for verification. Identity verification is crucial for maintaining a secure and trustworthy platform for both our service providers and customers. 


e. Accurate and Up-to-Date Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the verification process. Any 
discrepancies or inaccuracies in the information you provided may result in delays in the onboarding process or 
potential rejection of your application. 


The background check and verification process conducted by MEKMET is designed to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and safety for our platform. By verifying the qualifications, certifications, work experience, and identity of our service providers, we aim to build a community of reliable and skilled professionals who can deliver exceptional services to our valued customers. 


By accepting these terms and conditions, you acknowledge the significance of the background check and verification process and agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process.

Professionalism and Qualifications: 


MEKMET is committed to providing our customers with exceptional services, and as a service provider on our platform, your professionalism and qualifications play a crucial role in achieving this goal. This section outlines the expectations and requirements regarding your qualifications and conduct to ensure that our customers receive services of the highest quality. 


a. Qualified and Experienced Professionals: To become a service provider with MEKMET, you must be a qualified and/or experienced professional in your respective field. This means that you should have the necessary education, training, certifications, and/or licenses, wherever applicable, to provide the services you offer. For example, if you are offering beauty parlor services, you should be a certified beautician or have the required credentials to perform such services. 


b. Skills and Expertise: As a service provider, you are expected to possess the requisite skills and expertise required to deliver top-notch services to our customers. Your proficiency in the specific service offerings should be at a level that ensures customer satisfaction and meets industry standards. 


c. Highest Standards of Professionalism: MEKMET places great emphasis on maintaining the highest possible standards of professionalism. This includes displaying a courteous and respectful attitude towards customers, adhering to scheduled appointments, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a prompt and polite manner. Your conduct should exemplify a commitment to excellence and customer-centric service. 


d. Customer Service: Exemplary customer service is fundamental to the success of MEKMET. As a service provider, you should prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to create positive experiences for each customer. Listening to customer needs, providing personalized services, and being attentive to their preferences are key aspects of outstanding customer service. 


e. Ethical Practices: MEKMET expects all service providers to uphold ethical practices and conduct themselves with integrity. This includes ensuring transparency in offering services, maintaining confidentiality regarding customer information, and refraining from engaging in any practices that may be deemed unethical or deceptive. 


f. Continuous Improvement: The pursuit of continuous improvement is essential for maintaining excellence in service provision. MEKMET encourages you to seek opportunities for professional development, attend relevant workshops or training programs, and stay updated with the latest industry trends and techniques. 
 

By adhering to these principles of professionalism and qualifications, you contribute to the overall reputation and credibility of MEKMET as a platform that connects customers with skilled and trustworthy service providers. Service Availability and Scheduling: 


a. Managing Availability and Appointments: As a service provider with MEKMET, you have the responsibility to effectively manage your availability and schedule appointments through the app's provided features. MEKMET's platform allows you to set your working hours and indicate the time slot(s) when you are available to offer services. By managing your availability, you can ensure that customers can easily book appointments with you at suitable time slots. It is essential to update your availability regularly to reflect any changes in your schedule, such as vacations, holidays, or days when you are not available to provide service(s). 


b. Prompt Communication and Adherence to Appointment Times: Prompt communication with customers is a critical aspect of delivering excellent service. When a customer books an appointment with you, it is essential to respond promptly to confirm the booking and provide any relevant details or instructions. Adherence to appointment times is equally important. Once you commit to a service appointment, you are obligated to honor the scheduled time. Customers rely on your professionalism and punctuality to plan their day and make time for the services they have booked. 


c. Flexibility in Setting Availability: MEKMET understands that service providers may have different schedules and commitments. Therefore, we provide you with the flexibility to set your availability according to your preferences and availability. Whether you offer services on specific days of the week or have fixed working hours, you can tailor your availability to suit your needs. 


d. Honoring Commitments and Unforeseen Circumstances: When you accept a service appointment, you are making a commitment to the customer. It is crucial to fulfill this commitment to the best of your ability. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to potential disruptions in your schedule. If you encounter any unexpected issues that prevent you from honoring an appointment, it is essential to inform the customer and MEKMET as soon as possible. Prompt communication allows the customer to make alternative arrangements or reschedule the appointment if necessary. 


By accepting these terms and conditions, you acknowledge the importance of managing availability and adhering to appointment commitments, as they contribute to a successful and satisfactory service experience for both you and MEKMET's customers. 

Service Quality and Safety: 

 

MEKMET places a strong emphasis on delivering high-quality services to our valued customers. As a service provider, you play a pivotal role in upholding this commitment by maintaining service quality and adhering to strict safety standards. This section outlines the expectations and responsibilities regarding service quality and 
safety. 


a. Quality and Safety Responsibility: As a service provider on MEKMET's platform, you bear the responsibility of ensuring the quality and safety of the services you provide. This includes using only authorized and high-quality products, tools, and equipment that are suitable for the specific service being rendered. Your expertise and attention to detail are vital in delivering services that meet the satisfaction of our customers. 


b. Industry Standards and Best Practices: To deliver top-notch services, MEKMET expects all service providers to adhere to industry standards and best practices in their respective fields. These standards may encompass techniques, hygiene protocols, safety measures, and other guidelines that have been established as benchmarks for quality service delivery. 


b1. Authorized and High-Quality Products: Using authorized and high-quality products is essential to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the services provided. Whether it be beauty products, grooming tools, physiotherapy equipment, or other service-related materials, they should be sourced from reputable and trusted suppliers. 


b2. Professional Expertise: Your professional expertise and qualifications are central to maintaining service quality. MEKMET encourages you to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge through training and development programs to stay updated with the latest industry trends and techniques. 


b3. Customer Satisfaction: Customer satisfaction is a paramount goal for MEKMET. Your commitment to meeting customer expectations and providing exceptional service experiences is crucial in fostering customer loyalty and positive reviews. 


b4. Safety Precautions: Safety should always be on top priority during service delivery. Adhering to safety protocols and taking necessary precautions helps in preventing accidents and ensures a safe environment for both you and the customers. 


b5. Hygiene and Sanitization: Maintaining a high level of hygiene and sanitization is imperative in beauty, grooming, and spa services. Properly sterilizing tools, using clean and sanitized materials, and following hygiene, protocols are essential for the well-being of customers. 


Service quality and safety are fundamental to MEKMET's commitment to excellence. By using authorized and high-quality products, adhering to industry standards, and prioritizing customer satisfaction, you contribute to the overall reputation and credibility of MEKMET. As a responsible and skilled service provider, you play an integral role in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible services in a safe and enjoyable manner. Reviews and Ratings: 


At MEKMET, we value customer feedback and believe that reviews and ratings are essential for maintaining a high standard of service quality. Our rating system allows customers to share their experiences and opinions about the services provided by our service providers. As a service provider on our platform, it is important for you to understand the significance of reviews and ratings in shaping your reputation and continued association with MEKMET. 


a. Customer Reviews and Ratings: Customers have the option to leave their reviews and provide ratings for the services you deliver. These reviews can highlight the strengths of your services, as well as the areas where improvements may be needed. They offer valuable insights into the customer experience and serve as a reference for other potential customers. 


b. Impact on Visibility and Reputation: Your ratings and reviews directly impact your visibility and reputation on the MEKMET app. Higher ratings and positive reviews are likely to enhance your visibility, attract more customers, and potentially lead to better earning opportunities. Conversely, consistently low ratings and negative reviews may affect your reputation and customer trust, which could result in fewer service requests. 


c. Non-Interference with Customer Ratings: As a service provider, you are not permitted to engage in any form of manipulation or persuasion to solicit favorable ratings from customers. Attempting to influence customers to rate your services positively is strictly prohibited. Our rating system relies on unbiased and honest feedback from customers to maintain fairness and credibility. 


d. Addressing Low Ratings: If you receive continuous low ratings, it is crucial to take prompt action to address the underlying issues. MEKMET encourages you to participate in training programs to improve your skills and service quality. These programs are designed to help you better understand customer expectations and enhance your performance.  


We understand that no service provider is perfect, and occasional negative feedback may arise. However, consistently low ratings may indicate areas where improvement is necessary. By actively participating in the training programs, you demonstrate a commitment to continuously improving your services and meeting customer expectations. Our goal is to support your growth as a service provider and foster a positive and rewarding experience for both you and our customers. MEKMET believes that by valuing customer feedback, embracing constructive criticism, and investing in professional development, you can achieve greater success on our platform. By accepting these terms and conditions, you acknowledge the significance of customer reviews and ratings and the impact they can have on your association with MEKMET. We encourage you to use feedback as a means for improvement and growth, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible services from dedicated and skilled professionals like yourself. 


Accidental Insurance Coverage: 


At MEKMET, the safety and well-being of our registered service providers are of utmost importance to us. As part of our commitment to ensuring a secure working environment, we plan to provide accidental insurance coverage to all our registered service providers. While this scheme has not been initiated yet, we are actively searching for a trustworthy insurance agency or company that offers suitable insurance schemes to safeguard our service providers during service delivery. 


Key Points Regarding Accidental Insurance Coverage: 


a. Future Insurance Scheme: MEKMET is dedicated to introducing accidental insurance coverage for all registered service providers in the near future. We are in the process of finalizing the insurance policy and selecting a reliable insurance agency to administer the scheme on behalf of MEKMET. 


b. Third-Party Insurance Provider: The accidental insurance coverage will be provided by a third-party insurance agency selected and authorized by MEKMET. This ensures that the insurance benefits are administered impartially and professionally, providing peace of mind to our service providers. 


c. Communication of Insurance Details: As soon as the accidental insurance scheme is ready for implementation, MEKMET will communicate all relevant details regarding the coverage, policy terms, and procedures for availing of insurance benefits to all registered service providers. The insurance coverage will be designed to protect service providers in the event of an accident resulting in injury or disability during service delivery. 


d. Reporting Accidents: In the unfortunate event of an accident occurring during service delivery, service providers are required to promptly report the incident to MEKMET. Reporting accidents immediately is crucial to initiate the insurance claim process and ensure timely support and compensation, if applicable. 


MEKMET is dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for our service providers, and the introduction of accidental insurance coverage is a significant step towards achieving this goal. We understand the risks associated with providing services at customers' places/homes and aim to provide our service providers with the necessary protection and reassurance. 


Please note that until the accidental insurance scheme is officially introduced, service providers are encouraged to maintain utmost caution and adhere to safety protocols during service delivery. We will notify all registered service providers as soon as accidental insurance coverage becomes available. By accepting these terms and conditions, you acknowledge the forthcoming accidental insurance coverage and understand that its implementation is on top priority for MEKMET. We are committed to ensuring your safety and well-being while delivering services on our platform, and the insurance scheme will further reinforce this commitment. 

Professional Development and Training: 

At MEKMET, we are committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth for our service providers. We believe that investing in your development enhances the quality of services you deliver and ensures the satisfaction of our customers. As a service provider on our platform, you will have access to various training and skill enhancement programs. 


a. Importance of Continuous Learning: We recognize that the beauty, grooming, tailoring, physiotherapy, and spa industries are constantly evolving, with new techniques, trends, and technologies emerging. To stay ahead in this dynamic landscape, we encourage you to actively engage in continuous learning. This will not only improve your expertise but also enhance your career prospects and job satisfaction. 


b. Participation in Training Programs: MEKMET will periodically organize training programs and workshops to help you to enhance your skills and stay updated with industry best practices. We expect you to actively participate in these training sessions to capitalize on the learning opportunities they provide. 
 

c. Service Behavior Training: Service providers play a crucial role in creating a positive experience for our customers. To ensure that interactions with customers are courteous, polite, and professional, we will conduct service behavior training sessions. These sessions will provide guidance on how to communicate effectively, handle customer inquiries, and maintain a friendly and gentle demeanor while delivering services. 


d. Minimal Professional Development and Training Fee: To cover the costs associated with organizing and conducting these training programs, a minimal Professional Development and Training fee will be charged. This fee will be reasonable and affordable for all service providers. Investing in your training is an investment in your career and will ultimately benefit you and our customers. 


e. Batch Assignments: For the convenience of all service providers, we will organize training programs in batches. The batch assignment will be based on the capacity of each training session. Rest assured, we will make every effort to accommodate your schedule and assign you to a relevant batch that aligns with your service offerings and expertise. 


f.  Tracking Your Progress: MEKMET will maintain records of your participation in training programs, ensuring that your dedication to professional development is recognized and rewarded. These records may also contribute to your advancement to higher categories as part of our rating-based advancement system. 


By participating in professional development and training programs, you demonstrate your commitment to delivering exceptional services, adhering to high standards, and continuously improving your skills. MEKMET values the growth of our service providers, and we believe that investing in your development contributes to the overall success of our platform. By accepting these terms and conditions, you acknowledge and agree to actively participate in training and skill enhancement programs, and you understand the significance of the minimal Professional Development and Training fee. Together, we will strive to provide our customers with the best-in class services and experiences. 


User Interaction: 


At MEKMET, we value the relationship between our service providers and customers. As a service provider, you are expected to exhibit professional behavior and provide services with the utmost care and respect when delivering services at the customer's place/home. The following guidelines outline the expected conduct:  


a. Professional Conduct: Service providers must maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with customers. This includes being polite, courteous, and attentive to their needs and preferences. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disrespectful behavior towards the customers will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of your association with MEKMET. 


b. Communication: Clear and effective communication is essential during service delivery. Service providers must listen carefully to customers' requirements and ensure that they fully understand their preferences. If there are any concerns or clarifications required, service providers should address them promptly and respectfully. 


c. Respect for Privacy: Service providers must respect the privacy and personal space of customers while providing services at their place/home. Confidentiality of customer information, conversations, and interactions must be maintained at all times. 


d. Punctuality: Time is of the essence in providing services at the customer's place/home. Service providers must adhere to the scheduled appointment time and be punctual. If any unforeseen circumstances cause a delay, the customer should be informed promptly. 


e. Safety and Hygiene: The safety and well-being of the customer are of utmost importance. Service providers must adhere to strict hygiene standards and use clean, sanitized equipment and tools. Proper safety protocols must be followed during service delivery to prevent accidents or injuries. 


e1. Use of New Medicated Hand Gloves: Service providers must wear new, medicated hand gloves for each customer to ensure the prevention of cross contamination. Gloves should be disposed of properly after each service session, and new gloves should be worn for the next customer. 

e2. Clean Apron or Attire: Service providers must wear a clean apron or attire during service delivery. The apron or attire should be freshly laundered and free from any stains or dirt. 


e3. Covered Head Mask: For certain services, such as hairstyling or spa treatments, service providers should wear a covered head mask to prevent hair from falling onto the customer's face or body. 


e4. Face Mask (if needed): If the service requires close contact with the customer's face, such as during a facial or makeup application, service providers should wear a face mask to maintain a barrier and prevent the spread of germs. 


e5. Sanitized Equipment and Tools: All equipment and tools used during the service, such as scissors, combs, brushes, etc., must be properly sanitized and disinfected before use on each customer. Disposable items, if used, should be discarded after a single use. 


e6. Hand Hygiene: Service providers should practice frequent hand hygiene. Before and after each service, hands should be thoroughly washed with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not available, hand sanitizers with at least 60% alcohol content should be used. 


e7. Avoiding Service When Unwell: If a service provider is feeling unwell or displaying any symptoms of illness, they must refrain from providing services and notify MEKMET immediately. It is crucial to avoid service delivery when there is a risk of transmitting infections to customers. 


e8. Sanitization of Work Area: Before commencing the service, service providers should sanitize their work area, including any equipment or surfaces that will come into contact with the customer. Sanitization should also be carried out after completing the service. 


e9. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Service providers may be required to wear additional personal protective equipment based on the nature of the service being provided. MEKMET will provide the necessary PPE as required at a minimal cost. 


e10. Clean and Hygienic Clothing: Service providers should wear clean and well-maintained clothing during service delivery. Regular laundering of uniforms or work wear is essential to maintain hygiene standards. 


Adherence to these safety and hygiene measures not only protects the customer but also promotes a professional and trustworthy image of MEKMET and its service providers. 

f. Service Customization: Every customer is unique, and their preferences may vary. Service providers are encouraged to personalize services according to each customer's specific requirements while ensuring that the services meet MEKMET's quality standards. 


g. Handling Customer Feedback: Service providers should be open to receiving feedback from customers. Constructive criticism should be taken positively, and efforts should be made to improve service quality based on customer suggestions. Feedback should be treated with respect, and any complaints should be addressed promptly and professionally. 


i. Leaving the Premises Tidy: After completing the service, service providers must ensure that the customer's place/home is left in a clean and tidy condition. Any waste materials or disposable items used during the service should be appropriately disposed of or taken away. 


MEKMET expects its service providers to uphold these standards diligently. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in warnings, suspension, or even termination of your association with MEKMET. 


Service Provider Equipment/Tools and Dress Code: 
MEKMET is committed to ensuring that all service providers present a professional and unified appearance while delivering services to our valued customers. To achieve this, MEKMET provides certain hand equipment or gadgets at a minimal cost, each bearing the MEKMET logo, to be used by service providers during service delivery. Additionally, specific attire, including aprons, masks, caps, and t-shirts, will be available for purchase at the Nearest MEKMET training center. The dress code requirements aim to enhance the service experience and foster a sense of trust and confidence among customers. 


a. Hand Equipment and Gadgets: MEKMET provides hand equipment or gadgets to service providers at a minimal price. These items are branded with the MEKMET logo and are intended to be used during service delivery at the customer's location. The branded equipment not only ensures a professional appearance but also serves as a representation of MEKMET's commitment to quality and standardization. 


b. Dress Code Requirements: All service providers are required to adhere to a basic dress code while providing services. This includes wearing a t-shirt, apron, cap, or other relevant attire. The specific dress items may vary depending on the type of service being offered. By maintaining a consistent and identifiable appearance, service providers project a sense of professionalism and credibility to the customers. 


c. Availability of Dress Items: Aprons, masks, caps, t-shirts, and other dress items will be available for purchase at the Nearest MEKMET training center. Service providers can obtain these items to comply with the dress code requirements. Wearing the provided or purchased attire ensures uniformity and reinforces MEKMET's brand identity. 

d. MEKMET Identity Card: In addition to the dress code, all service providers are required to carry and display their MEKMET identity card or badge while providing services. The identity card prominently features the service provider's details and MEKMET's logo, further building customer trust and confidence. 
By accepting these terms and conditions, you acknowledge the significance of the provided hand equipment, the dress code requirements, and the need to display your MEKMET identity card while delivering services. 
Compliance with these guidelines enhances the overall professionalism and standard of service delivery on MEKMET's platform. 


Data Privacy, Protection, and Confidentiality: MEKMET recognizes the importance of data privacy, protection, and confidentiality, especially when it comes 
to sensitive customer information. As a service provider on our platform, you may have access to personal and private data about customers during the course of providing services. This section outlines the responsibilities and obligations regarding data protection and confidentiality to safeguard customer trust and privacy. 


a. Value of Privacy and Data Protection:  MEKMET PRIMP AND CARE PRIVATE LIMITED (MEKMET) places a high value on the privacy of its customers and recognizes the importance of data protection. As a service provider on our platform, you must adhere to the principles of responsible and secure data handling. MEKMET is committed to complying with all applicable data protection laws and regulations to safeguard customer data and ensure that it is used appropriately.  


b. Handling Sensitive Customer Information: As a service provider, you may encounter sensitive information about the customers, including their names, contact details, addresses, and potentially health-related or personal preferences. You agreed to handle this information with the utmost care and professionalism, recognizing the importance of preserving customer privacy. 


c. Purpose-Limited Use of Customer Data: The customer’s data you access while providing services should be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling the requested services. Any use of customer data beyond this scope is strictly prohibited. This ensures that customer information remains confidential and is not misused for personal gain or other purposes. 


d. Confidentiality Obligation: You are bound by a strict confidentiality obligation to maintain the confidentiality of all customer data that you come across in the course of service delivery. This means that you must not disclose, share, or use customer data for any unauthorized purposes or disclose it to third parties without explicit consent from the customer. 


e. Misuse and Unauthorized Disclosure: One of the core principles of data privacy is that customer data should not be disclosed or used for any unauthorized purposes. This means that you must not share customer data with third parties or use it for personal gain or any other purposes not related to service delivery. MEKMET has a zero-tolerance policy towards any misuse or unauthorized disclosure of customer data. Such actions are considered serious breaches of trust and could result in the immediate termination of your association with MEKMET. In addition to this, any misuse or unauthorized disclosure of customer data may lead to legal action and potential liability for damages. 


f. Secure Data Handling: MEKMET expects you to take appropriate measures to ensure the secure handling and storage of customer data. This includes using secure devices and networks, implementing strong access controls, and safeguarding against data breaches or unauthorized access.

As a service provider, you are also required to adhere to these data protection requirements and cooperate with MEKMET in fulfilling any data protection obligations. 


By accepting these terms and conditions, you acknowledge the significance of data protection and confidentiality and the potential consequences of any misuse or unauthorized disclosure of customer’s data.  


Compliance with Laws and Regulations: 


You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements related to your profession and service provision. Failure to comply may result in the termination of your service provider account and potential legal consequences. 


Intellectual Property: 


As a service provider associated with MEKMET, it is essential to respect the company's intellectual property rights and refrain from using the branding or intellectual property without prior written consent. Seeking permission ensures that the company's brand integrity is preserved, and any usage aligns with the company's standards. 


a. Exclusive Ownership of Intellectual Property: MEKMET asserts exclusive ownership of all content, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with the brand "MEKMET Primp and Care." This includes any proprietary materials, designs, images, text, graphics, software, and other creative works developed by or on behalf of MEKMET. 


b. Protecting the Brand Identity: As a growing startup, MEKMET recognizes the significance of its brand identity and intellectual property in distinguishing itself in the market. By asserting exclusive ownership, MEKMET safeguards its brand image and ensures that its customers can easily recognize and trust its services. 


c. Usage of Branding and Intellectual Property: Service providers must refrain from using MEKMET Primp and Care's branding or intellectual property without 
prior written consent from the company. This restriction encompasses the use of the company's logo, trademarks, brand names, and any other copyrighted materials. 

d. Preserving Brand Integrity: MEKMET's branding is a valuable asset that represents the company's commitment to quality services and customer satisfaction. Unauthorized usage of the brand or intellectual property by service providers could potentially mislead customers and compromise the integrity of the MEKMET brand. 


e. Importance of Written Consent: Prior written consent is required to ensure that the usage of MEKMET's branding or intellectual property aligns with the company's standards and values. By seeking permission, MEKMET can control the manner in which its brand identity is portrayed and maintain consistency across all channels. 


f. Consequences of Unauthorized Usage: Any unauthorized usage of MEKMET's branding or intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action. The company takes such violations seriously to protect its brand reputation and to maintain the trust of customers and stakeholders. 


By accepting these terms and conditions, service providers acknowledge the importance of intellectual property protection and commit to upholding the integrity of the MEKMET brand. This not only protects the company's interests but also enhances customers’ trust and confidence in the services provided through MEKMET. 


Termination of Services/Association: 
MEKMET maintains the right to terminate the association of service providers with the company under certain circumstances. This section outlines the conditions under which MEKMET reserves the right to terminate a service provider's association and the corresponding rights of both parties in such instances. 


a. MEKMET's Right to Terminate Services: MEKMET Primp and Care have the authority to terminate a service provider's association on the platform for various reasons, including, but not limited to, the following: 


a1. Violations of Terms and Conditions: Any breach of the terms and conditions outlined in the agreement between the service provider and MEKMET may lead to the termination of the association. This includes failure to comply with the company's policies, guidelines, or ethical standards. 


a2. Low Customer Ratings: Consistently low customer ratings may indicate subpar service quality or unprofessional conduct, which could harm the reputation of MEKMET. In such cases, MEKMET reserves the right to terminate the association to maintain service excellence and customer satisfaction. 


a3. Unprofessional Conduct: Unprofessional behavior, including but not limited to rude or disrespectful interactions with customers, failure to honor appointments, or any action that reflects negatively on the company, may result in termination. 


a4. Actions Harming MEKMET's Reputation: Engaging in actions that may adversely impact the reputation of MEKMET or its brand may lead to termination. This includes any behavior that undermines customer trust or the company's values. 

a5. Fraudulent or Unethical Practices: Involvement in fraudulent or unethical practices, such as misrepresenting services, misleading customers, or engaging in dishonest activities, can lead to immediate termination of the association. 


b. Service Provider's Right to Terminate Association: Service providers also possess the right to terminate their association with MEKMET Primp and Care. This 
termination can be initiated by the service provider at any time, provided all pending obligations are fulfilled. It is essential for the service provider to complete any ongoing service commitments and fulfill contractual obligations before the termination becomes effective. 


c. Mutual Protection and Integrity: The termination clause is designed to protect the interests and integrity of both MEKMET and its service providers. It ensures that the company can maintain high service standards and protect its brand reputation, while service providers have the flexibility to make decisions about their continued association. 


d. Process of Termination: Termination may occur with or without prior notice, depending on the nature of the violation or circumstances leading to the termination. In cases where violations are severe or harmful to MEKMET's reputation, immediate termination may be implemented. 


e. Communication of Termination: MEKMET will communicate the termination decision to the service provider through appropriate means, such as email or notification on the platform. Any pending issues or obligations will be addressed during the termination process. 


By accepting these terms and conditions, service providers acknowledge the importance of adhering to the company's policies and ethical standards to maintain a positive and professional working relationship with MEKMET. This clause also highlights the mutual commitment to excellence and service quality, safeguarding the reputation and interests of both MEKMET and its service providers.  


Pricing and Payments: 


MEKMET offers a dynamic pricing model for our service providers based on their experience and customer ratings. Each service provider is assigned to a specific category that determines the fixed price for each service they offer. The assigned category is based on the service provider's level of experience in that particular service type. 


As a service provider gains more experience and receives positive ratings from customers, they have the opportunity to progress to higher categories. Moving to a higher category allows the service provider to increase their service price, reflecting their growing expertise and skills. Additionally, MEKMET may designate certain service providers as premium providers for specific service types based on their exceptional performance and customer satisfaction. Premium providers have the flexibility to set their service prices independently, subject to certain guidelines set by MEKMET. 

Regarding payments, MEKMET ensures secure and timely transactions. Service providers will receive payments for their services through our platform according to the agreed-upon terms and schedules. MEKMET will deduct a platform fee/for every single service from the service provider's earnings to cover operational costs and maintain the quality of our services. 


It is important to note that all pricing decisions, category assignments, and premium designations are made at the sole discretion of MEKMET PRIMP AND CARE PRIVATE LIMITED. Our aim is to provide fair and competitive pricing while recognizing and rewarding the skill and dedication of our service providers. 


By accepting these terms and conditions, you acknowledge and agreed to the pricing model and payment process outlined above. MEKMET reserves the right to make changes to the pricing and category structure as deemed necessary, and any such updates will be communicated to service providers in a timely manner. 


Modifications: 


MEKMET reserves the right to modify or update the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. This flexibility allows MEKMET to adapt to changing business needs, industry trends, legal requirements, or any other factors that may necessitate amendments to the terms. 


a. Notification of Changes: Whenever changes are made to the terms and conditions, MEKMET will notify all registered service providers through the app. This ensures that service providers are informed about the updates and can review the revised terms to understand any changes in their obligations or responsibilities. 


b. Consent Implied by Registration: By registering as a service provider on MEKMET Primp and Care, you implicitly agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in the agreement. Registration signifies your acknowledgment and acceptance of the terms, making it a binding agreement between you and MEKMET. 


c. Importance of Compliance: Compliance with the terms and conditions is crucial to maintaining a harmonious and professional relationship between MEKMET and its service providers. The terms serve as guidelines for conducting business on the platform, ensuring that service providers understand their roles and responsibilities clearly. 


d. Consequences of Non-Compliance: Failure to adhere to the terms and conditions may result in account suspension or termination. MEKMET may take appropriate actions if a service provider violates the terms, engages in unprofessional behavior, or breaches the agreement in any manner. 


e. Support and Communication: MEKMET encourages open communication between service providers and the support team. If you have any questions, or concerns, or require clarification on any aspect of the terms and conditions, you are encouraged to reach out to the support team. They are available to assist and address any queries you may have. 

f. A Platform for Expansion and Growth: MEKMET Primp and Care provide service providers with the opportunity to expand their service offerings and reach more customers. By joining this platform, service providers can leverage the app's user-friendly interface and extensive customer base to enhance their business prospects. 


MEKMET's commitment to notifying service providers about any changes to the terms and conditions reflects transparency and fairness. By accepting these terms and conditions, service providers affirm their commitment to abide by the guidelines set forth by MEKMET Primp and Care, facilitating a successful and mutually beneficial collaboration. 


Jurisdiction: Legal Authority and Dispute Resolution:


Any legal activities, including disputes, claims, or disagreements, will fall under the jurisdiction of the High Court of Bihar, India where MEKMET's office is registered. This means that if any legal matter arises between MEKMET and its service providers, it will be addressed and resolved by the High Court of Bihar, India. This clause protects the rights and interests of both parties and fosters a sense of trust and accountability in the business relationship. By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions and by using the MEKMET app as a service provider, you acknowledged the authority of the High Court of Bihar to handle any legal matters arising from your association with MEKMET. 


Force Majeure Clause:


The Force Majeure Clause addresses unforeseeable and uncontrollable events that could hinder the fulfillment of contractual obligations or duties. These events are typically beyond the control of either party and may include natural disasters, acts of God, war, riots, strikes, government actions, or other extraordinary circumstances. Including a Force Majeure clause in the Terms and Conditions protects both MEKMET and its service providers from liability in situations where events beyond their control prevent them from performing their obligations. It allows parties to suspend or terminate their contractual obligations without incurring penalties or damages due to circumstances that could not have been foreseen or prevented.  


MEKMET's Force Majeure clause will define the types of events that qualify as force majeure and specify the procedures and obligations for both parties in case of such events. It may state that if either party is unable to perform its duties due to a force majeure event, it shall be excused from its obligations for the duration of the event and its impact. 


The clause will also outline the steps that should be taken by the affected party to notify the other party of the force majeure event and the expected duration of the suspension or termination of obligations.
